"The receptionists were wonderful, and the nurses were kind and attentive to my issue. I wish more had been done to look at the issue before my eyes were dilated, but it didn't cross our minds to check beforehand. While Dr. Wild ruled out the worst, this was not a comfortable visit. The entire time, I felt I had to work harder than usual to prove I had a problem. He told me the problem most likely existed long before I had a chance to "study it", even though I knew exactly when the problem started and told him so in my explanation. When I challenged his diagnosis, his response was curt and made me feel like my experiences carried no weight. It reminded me that the doctor is always right, and the patient has to take it on the chin. Furthermore, the diagnosis weighed heavy on me over time and made me feel like I was a hypochondriac and was over-reacting. NO patient should be made to feel like that. Ever. My thanks to the kind and receptive nurses and receptionists who made this visit worth it, hence the 4 star rating."
