Anvil 38 Apartments

"The actual units in this apartment complex are nice . Updated kitchens . The parking situation was atrocious. We started off paying for parking and still having to fight for a space to them changing it halfway through our lease . They changed to free basic parking but made the parking space availability even worse . And the premium paid for spaces are limited . When parking was full , and after 7pm or so it always was we would have to park 1/3 mile away or so in “overflow” parking . As a female usually walking alone I did not feel safe . The area was pet friendly and even has a nice dog wash station if you’re a dog owner. Anytime we needed to speak with office staff we would need to make time to go in person due to it’s impossible to contact them by phone ."

"Anvil’s an amazing place to live. The amenities are amazing and the staff are so warm and helpful. This place has a lot to offer you if you choose to live here, but a word of advice: don’t live here alone. Having a lot but not being able to share the warmness of this place with someone isn’t fun. This is a good place to live, but an even better place to share with someone. Take it from someone who’s lived here twice."

"Wonderful place to live! Friendly staff, always willing to go above and beyond to help. Apartments are lovely and in a great location. My kids love the Rec Room air hockey and pinball machines. They are also big fans of the mini mart to grab their favorite snacks."

"I have had an excellent time at Anvil 38. The price is well worth it for the amount of amenities such as the rooftop terrace and media room. The staff have also been very kind and helpful. When I was in a car accident last Summer, I had a rental car and they gave me a new parking pass for it without any charge."

"So excited about the Anvil38 apartments in Lafayette! Jamie was absolutely amazing sharing her excitement and love for these beautiful apartments! Shes been there since the beginning and very knowledgeable! She was professional, and attentive to all my questions. Anvil offers so much more than just a living space and is smack dab in the center of Lafayette. Shopping is surrounding the area whether it be groceries or clothes. Go check them out!"
