"Do not rent from here. Or even work for them. They are a horrible company. They had a major outbreak of bed bugs, we are clean people and have never had an issue until we moved in. The first day we moved in, we were infested with cockroaches. Due to their fault as to why we have to move, they are now telling other complexes that my brother (who lives with us) that we had them, keeping them from getting a new place. If it wasn’t for THEM, we wouldn’t have to move. We have paid for 2 bed bug treatments (even though they said if they came back after the first, we wouldn’t have to pay anymore) we moved into a new complex owned by them, and we don’t have them here, but are paying for a treatment at a building we don’t even live at. Overall, the maintenance is amazing, but the office, BEWARE, she is NOT NICE."

"I lived there in 2007 and 2008 and we had a good apartment, maintenance was nice, no issues, the old ladies in charge were nice to me and my coworkers rotating the lodging in the apartment, I have great memories from living here."

"Moving in was a breeze. There were and still are some things were noticing that need fixed but maintenance has done a fantastic job in helping us. The issues we’ve had have been getting in contact with someone that will give us a straight answer about our mail key. We have been living here for almost a month and when we first got our stuff they made it sound like it would be done later that day. A week goes by and we go back to the office to get information about our mailbox number and our key and we were told they will have to contact the post office. We have sent several emails which have been ignored (all to the same email that was responding to us before we moved in.)"

"12/22/21 update ...gotten off to a bad start upon move in but the team was quickly to respond and fixed all of my complaints, they were apologetic and sincere. I appreciate their immediate plan of action my home feels more like a home now THANK YOU GUYS .........I literally JUST moved in not even 24 hours ago.. I have no hot water ..no shower rod to hang my shower curtains ..the closet door in my bedroom is broken off the hinges.. the bedroom doors are so worn out. The bathroom sink handles are messed up and the water pressure in the bathroom sink is too soft almost like its just leaking.. I feel like I moved into the slums!! The paint is peeling on the overhead light above the stove.. the cabinets are so old and have cracks in them.. how do you have cracks on the light switches!? I refuse to live here for a year I'm buying out of my lease! The apartment layout is nice but the appliances and condition is HORRIBLE I wish I never moved here!"

"Conveniently located near several shopping centers, restaurants, and right off major highway. There's a bus that comes right outside of the development and heads towards downtown. Management staff are friendly and resourceful. Community is clean and quiet. There's no microwave in my unit and some of the appliances are a little dated but no big deal. All in all, a great place to stay. edit (changing post from 4 stars to 3 stars): appliances are not energy efficient so my electric is really high. There was this awful smell coming from some of the cabinets. Maintenance said the painters used a paint that they shouldn't have used because it takes forever to dry and stinks (that explains why my cabinets weren't opening for almost a month). my car has sustained multiple dents and scratches in the near two years I have been here. I wanted to move out last summer but covid complicated that so I stayed. My rent increased $50 but they did not do anything different to the apartments with the rent increase. There's still wood falling off my doors and such which was there when I moved in - that should have been taken care of before I moved in. There's lots of storage space which I love. It's a decent place, but make sure you at least get a renovated apartment. I'll be leaving at the end of my lease."
