"I would not recommended this place to anyone. Me and my husband signed a one year lease and we couldn't wait to move out as soon as our lease is up. It is exactly like how other reviews said, the mold in this apartment complex is beyond outrageous. Not even within the first month of living here, my husband's eyes started to get irritated due to the mold. The only time his eyes would feel normal is when we're out of the apartment. They charged absurd fees for everything. Definitely not the place you want to call home."

"My experience was horrible and they did not want to work with me considering the apartment had waters leaks and was full of mold. They wanted to charge me 650.00 to transfer and this is their problem not mine. Needless to say I was able to move but had to replace all my furniture due to mold and mildew. If you decide to move please check your apartment because I spoke with my neighbors and their apartments reek mold and mildew and they are moving soon."

"Recent reviews don't lie! Save yourself money and frustration and live elsewhere! We left our 1 year lease as soon as it was up. Maintenance is a joke. We are contemplating calling the fire department to have them do a safety inspection due to the poor maintenance. Garbage pickup is not consistent, and they charge YOU if its left out. Nickle and dime everything. Definitely not worth the $$$!"

"DO NOT rent from here. They charge a fee for literally everything. There is a page specifically for residents with all the ridiculous stuff they do to everyone. We rented a condo here and let me tell you it is beyond ridiculous! They do not care about residents just money. The office staff are nothing but idiots who smoke too much weed. Our ac stopped working in dead summer and went three months without it without them fixing it. The unit started leaking which needed up molding our place and they did nothing but spray over it. I have two kids with respiratory issues so that was fun. That’s only the start of all the issues here. Whatever they tell You that you will pay you might as well triple it In fees you can literally live anywhere else but here for cheaper and way better quality and better living!"

"I’m not kidding you when I say this has been the nicest office staff I have ever came across. Dana has gone above and beyond for my boyfriend and I! She has made sure everything is to our liking and found us the perfect unit! We haven’t even moved in yet and I already feel like home! The views from all apartments are perfect!"
