"Kim made the apartment search and application process so easy and enjoyable! She was so sweet and listened to everything I was wanting and even made suggestions of things to look for during the process of touring apartments. She has answered every question I have had and always responds in a very timely manner. Update: I have since moved in and the staff is nothing but amazing. Kim and Jason in maintenance walked me through my apartment upon move-in to ensure I had any information i needed. On the maintenance request I did have Jason responded quickly and has been extremely pleasant and helpful!"

"Our complex had a major water leak, my apartment was affected by having my water shut off. I was without water all day till around 5pm. This also affected my heating. When the water came back on, the heat was still not blowing out hot air out the registers. I gave it almost an hour. I called the office just before 6pm, they told me it would take about an hour. If it was not working to call and put in a service request. I had to call and put in a service request. JASON, from our maintenance group came and corrected the problem. It was late, but he was very nice and did not make me feel uncomfortable. He did not have a problem coming to fix the problem. Thanks again Jason. Linda"
