"Don't waste your time, office is never open, they don't return calls, emails or answer questions"
"Don't move here! They don't pick up trash on the property. They also have a really bad stink bug problem, and maintenance will just walk into your apartment at any moment... they won't even give you time to answer the door. The rent is also overpriced."
"Overall, a very nice place to live. The actual structure of the buildings are not as sound proof as one might like and you can hear a lot of what is going on at your neighbors. There is a very nice swimming pool. The apartments are very roomy, though the kitchens are very small and you don't have a lot of counter space. The cabinets are not very deep and there are not very many, so not a lot of room to store dishware, etc. This is a nice Community for older adults on a limited income. Pets are allowed, which is very nice. The staff is good, prompt, helpful and respectful to the residents."
"I have moved over 31 times. This is the nicest place i have ever lived. Can't hear the neighbors, ever, and i am surrounded by children. They helped me in every way moving in, and it's been over a year now.(which is a very long time if you're me)"
