"If I could give zero stars I would. I understand this place is free and it’s run by volunteers, but if your website says you accept walk-ins during all open hours and your website and google say you’re open, then you should be open. My fiancé missed 5 hours of work so he could be seen for uti symptoms only for you guys to be closed when we arrived. If you’re not going to be open consistently then you need to do by appointment only because now we’ve missed out on 5 hours of pay, wasted gas, and wasted our time. Maybe this is unusual but from the lady I talked to that works for the food pantry, she didn’t know when they’ll be open again and said they usually are appointment based, which is not what the website says."
