While we have run into multiple issues, Madison made sure to make it right each time; even when I myself didn't handle the situation appropriately. It truly is a quiet, beautiful place to live and my little family is so happy with how convenient the location is. Highly recommend."

"My move-in was quick, easy, affordable, good amenities. Upon move in day, Heather, my Leasing agent for Settlers Run was great in assisting me. She has such a great communication style, humorous, showed me around, gave me a tutorial of Settler Run. If there was anything needing fixed, she was on it immediately. Settlers Run is in a really nice area nice apartments, quiet and even the one bedrooms are spacious."

"We have lived here twice since 2014, and the first time we had nothing but great things to say about our time here. We moved back from michigan in march and the first 3-4 months were great. Since then, not so much, and we have decided to move. First of all for what you pay, these apartments are subpar. They are advertised as luxery, they are not, and I think the appliances are almost as old as me (Im 41). There is always trash around, they use to do fun things for the residents and they do not anymore, we know things about the head of maintenance and do not feel safe here anymore. We reached out to Flaherty and Collins about our safety concerns with maintenance and we were blown off basically so we are leaving. Just think twice before you decide to rent from here, our recent experiance is not great."
