"I have nothing but amazing things to say about NP Tina Delph. The last few times I have had to take my children and myself to be seen she has ALWAYS been kind and friendly. I have never felt rushed. She has always taken the time to listen to everything that I needed to discuss and answered any questions I had. She has even called me back personally and spoke to me for 20 minutes when my son had gotten worse over night and talked to me about everything and what to do should different situations occur. I really wish more doctors, RNs and NPs were like her. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would."

"I’ve been to this clinic 4 times. Two visits were mine, and two times were when I took another family member. Every experience has been an exercise in futility, as they always come to the conclusion that nothing can be done for you. They don’t have any problems with billing your insurance, though. If you’re coming here to save time and money over the ER, you may as well just drive across the parking lot to the ER and save yourself the hassle."

"I saw Tina Delph on October 19, 2021 and tested positive for Covid. I called the office multiple times to try and get the antibody infusions and was usually always blown off. They kept saying that I wouldn't be approved and asked why I wanted the antibodies so badly. Excuse me, its not any of your concern why I want the treatment and its not up to your office whether or not I will be approved for treatment. I eventually had to tell them my BMI met the requirement even though the medical assistant never measured my height, just my weight. All in all, always be your own advocate. I eventually went thru my PCP to get the paperwork sent for the infusion. It was no problem with my doctor, but for some reason the after hours clinic thought they knew better. The after hours clinic supposedly sent the paperwork, however with my PCP sending paperwork I only received one phone call to set up an infusion appointment. This after hours clinic is a joke, please see the one on South Emerson if given the choice between these two. They are much more professional."

"I took my Wife here Sat. 29th 2017 around 6:00pm because of very bad stomach pain and vomiting. We waited for 1 hour and then called us up only to tell us they wouldn't see her. We would need to go to the Emergence Room for help. I asked him why he was sending here away, that hadn't even seen her yet. All he would say is go to the Emergence Room."
