Reviews of Indiana Immediate Care
"I can’t say enough about this clinic. They are so good with my entire family in urgent situations when we can’t get in our primary care doctor, from front desk to the care team. They actually care about you as a person, rather than pushing numbers. I drive out of my way to go here and I will continue to do so."
"J. Singh has very bad bedside manner and was embarrassingly rude :(. The first time I came a week ago the staff that saw me were great. I understand having a long day but I wasn’t called for my results and since I finally went in again today for not feeling good with increasing symptoms I was asked “So why are you here?” “What was your goal coming here?” I will not be back again unfortunately. This was disheartening coming here and not being treated as a patient but as an annoyance."
"I made an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early. They did have walk-ins, which is to be expected. However, after 30 minutes, I was taken back into my room and told I should see the doctor in about 10 minutes. After an hour, of zero communication, I opened the door to see if I was forgotten and the aid at the desk just says, “we’re busy.” Obviously, I get that, but some communication on wait time or something would be nice as their were 4 aids in the space not proving updates to those they put into the wait rooms."
"Thought this place would be great since I could set up an appointment and not have to have my ride sit for hours. I set up an appointment online and sent over all my info. They waited until I got a ride to drive me all the way there to tell me they couldn't see me due to a balance from 2017 that had been turned over to collections. One, why not call and tell me that after I confirmed the appointment 3 hpurs ago. Two, it's already been turned over to collections. Won't ever be going back here even if I get the debt paid off."
"I’ve been here a few times for random reasons (covid tests, acute bronchitis, etc.) and one particular doctor shouldn’t be in this profession. Terrible bedside manner, rude, told me he could order an X-ray and when I said yes, didn’t proceed with it (empty threat?) and was angry with me when I told him I would go advocate for myself somewhere else. The rude attitude became worse when he thought I would just accept his god tier opinion. If you don’t feel comfortable prescribing medicine, that’s fine, and I will then go somewhere where someone will listen to my concerns. Just like you don’t feel comfortable on your end, I don’t feel comfortable on my end receiving your non-existent care. And that’s when he threatened to order and X-ray (like did he think that would scare me or I couldn’t afford it? I have no idea) and when I agreed and said “Yes, let’s do it” he didn’t and then said he didn’t feel comfortable prescribing something that “may happen in the future” and then got even more angry when I told him again, I will advocate for myself somewhere else to someone who will care. It’s 9am on a Sunday, have a little empathy. I’m trying to stay away from overrun emergency rooms. If you just want to be a jerk and have no bedside manner, go work for yourself and not with the public. Seems like other reviewers have the same issue with this guy."
