"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! Went in with a sore throat and told her to do a strep test and covid test, she didn't do either. She said it was a sinus infection. Come to find out it's actually strep...went to a different clinic and tested positive for strep."
"I went here about a month ago for an issue. Was able to book online and be in within an hour. Both times I was the only person there. Medicine didn't treat my issue, so I went back today and luckily had the same practitioner. Angela Brown (I think was her name) was so nice , made me feel comfortable, and told me everything she was doing before she did it. This is great when you need an appointment quickly."
"I understand that it is Covid season and it is at an all time high, AGAIN. My husband brought our oldest son (one of 7) here Monday at 930 am to be tested for Covid as he had a fever, loss of taste and smell as well as coughing. We were told 48 hours, but due to Thanksgiving it would be Friday morning. They opened up a few hours ago and still. Nothing has been posted on the portal (I've been checking all week) and no call. I called The Little Clinic directly and the lady that answered gave me a sarcastic response that she (The NP) was with other patients and hasn't had time to give out results yet. Not to be a "Karen", but I would think before taking ANY patients, first priority would be getting results out to people ASAP. Although, I am sure my son has covid, he has been quarantined in his room since Saturday when symptoms first appeared. I think they either need to prioritize better or get help to get results called out or posted to the portal. Not only are we a family of 9 and I JUST had major surgery on Friday, we have a 1 year old and a high risk child all in the home. My son needs to know what his results are so he can notify the school, sports team he's on and his full-time job. I fully understand test are taking longer as demand is high. I took my Covid test for pre surgery 11-16 and surgery was 11-20 and still no results. Until the day after suregery. They proceeded, thank goodness. But knowing she has the results and just hasn't "gotten around to it", is annoying and honestly unacceptable. It's one thing when You're still waiting for them to come in, but you have them there in hand!"
"The first time I went a couple of months ago, the NP was awesome, very thorough, I think her name was Jennifer! Everything she did it help, and I couldn't thank her enough! That brings me to my visit today, I took my husband, and it started off bad when I called to make sure they took his insurance, the NP Jessica was a total witch, then it got worse when we got to the clinic, she had no bedside manner, over talking us with nonsense that we weren't asking her to address, might I add that she wasn't nice or friendly! word of advice to her....you can always say the wrong things, the right way, talk to people with kindness, its not what you say, its how you say it!!"
"Went first thing in the morning and waiting 20 mins. while the NP sat in her office with the door open and didn't have a patient. By the time she called in her first patient it was 9am not 8:30 like it states online and there were then 5 of us waiting. Then the person that signed in after me was taken in a room before me. After waiting until 10 am I had to leave to pick up my kids from preschool and was never even seen By the NP. No regard for patient care or other people's time!"
