"Great experience. Got right in at the appointed time. Provider was exceptional. Highly recommend."
"Don't go here if you're sick. My wife made an apt and the doctor refused to see her assuming that she had covid without even seeing her. The front desk lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful. A stuffy nose doesn't automatically mean covid. It's 2023, calm down. My wife tested negative for covid, by the way. Zero stars."
"Arrived before scheduled time at Clinic in Greewood Kroger - 8745 S Emerson Ave. Had filled out ALL information on KROGER website for vaccination including Insurance. Had already received Confirmation in Email. When checking in was told by Jenae at desk that they do not take Medicare. She was unprofessional and rude. Said she called many times" not true" but didn't leave a message. Said it was a HIPPA rule ( although you can say who's calling and that an appointment was cancelled or changed. )When asked her name she ignored us, covered her nametag with her jacket, turned her back on us getting back on computer. When we asked again if she was going to give us her name she further covered her name and said "NO". Luckily the Pharmacist named Michael overheard and said he would mix the shots himself. He even came over to my wheelchair, sat next to me to quiet my obviously severe Panic Attack. After talking calmingly to me while I took my anxiety meds, he gave me my two vaccines. So hurray for him."
"We had a horrible experience here. I have been to the Little Clinic at the Thompson Rd location and had a wonderful experience there, so I decided to bring my daughter in to be seen. I left a great review for the Thompson Rd location since they were so wonderful. Today was unfortunately a different experience. We did not have to wait for very long, but the provider that we saw was awful. She had horrific bedside manner. She didn't greet us or introduce herself to us. We tried discussing our concerns with her and she blew us off. My daughter has continued to worsen since we went to this clinic and I know it is because she was likely not treated appropriately. Now we have to go have another visit at a different urgent care since we received subpar treatment from this clinic. I did not tell the provider that we saw today that I am also a healthcare provider (I am a PA but don't think it is appropriate to treat my own child), and she absolutely did not follow standard of care. When we tried to discuss the care with her, we were ignored and blown off. I'll add that I am a PA who worked during the COVID pandemic. Being stressed and busy is not an excuse for not introducing yourself to your patient. I would stay away from here."
"I would like to preface by saying I work in healthcare, so I understand the state of things the last couple of years! I have also worked in food service and retail. I’m a pretty patient and understanding person because I really do get it! I had an 8:40 appointment for some vaccinations at The Little Clinic on Thompson Road. On arrival, an associate notified me that there was no provider coming in so I would need to reschedule or go to another location. I wished her best of luck on her day calling patients because that is never fun! But I left and figured it was early on a weekday so I could try a walk-in here as there is a large sign indicating they’re welcome. I knew I would be waiting a while, I expected up to an hour. I don’t usually do walk-ins anywhere, but I had my day off planned around this and figured a couple shots aren’t going to eat up too much time. I arrived around 9 am and ultimately left at about 11 am without being seen because I had other errands to run and figured I was maybe being taught a lesson about not having an appointment. I ended up going elsewhere and was seen promptly. I’m aware that walk in appointments are not priority, however if you cannot accommodate it, please just say so? It’s much less upsetting to be told you’ll have to wait 2+ hours ahead of time to set an expectation or that there is simply no availability than to wait until you ultimately just get frustrated and leave. I have otherwise had pleasant experiences at the Little Clinic locations, which is why I scheduled in the first place! Just maybe don’t advertise walk-ins if you don’t have the staffing or capacity for it?"
