Reviews
"Fantastic place to live. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor. The grounds were always kept up, the maintenance staff always quick and attentive. Overall a very safe and welcoming place to live."
"Great place to live. Have lived here for 12 years. Caring office staff and on the ball maintenance."
"I have never been treated worse by an apartment complex. First apartment reeked of smoke, second was disgustingly dirty. Don't trust the leasing office or expect them to act in good faith. Buildings are mediocre, you can find better for the price. The location is nice, but very noisy on account of the fire station and post office (which gets overnight deliveries)."
"My wife and I recently moved to Indianapolis and stayed at Hunters Point Apartments for 9 months while we looked for more permanent housing. The apartments are great and very quiet. We never heard our neighbors and they said they never heard us. The staff is very friendly and will promptly address any concerns. The rental rate is very reasonable for the Zionsville area and this is the only apartment actually in Zionsville. We looked at other apartments with Zionsville addresses but they are not "in" Zionsville. We rented a two bedroom that was fairly spacious for an apartment. Perhaps the biggest benefit to us was the ability to hook up a full washer and dryer in the unit. The Zionsville Rail-Trail is a couple of hundred yards away and a connecting side path is literally right across the street. Walking to downtown Zionsville is a little far, but my wife and I rode our bikes downtown quite often. There is a Walgreens directly across the parking lot and a Marsh within a couple of hundred yards. The only downside we experienced was that our neighbor below us was a VERY heavy smoker who was also a shut-in. And as a result of our unit being above our neighbor, the smoke smell would seep into our unit if it was closed up for a day or more. I know this experience was unique to our unit because our next door neighbor on the same floor didn't have any problems. I would happily recommend this apartment to family and friends."
"There is severe mold and leaky windows here. The property manager acts nice, but is a horrible person. If you are thinking of moving here look more you cam find better cheaper."
