"The rail at 1380 has been my home for 4 years, it’s been a great place for my family. Everyone at the main office has been super friendly and very professional. My children loved to play at the park and basketball court. The community is well kept at all times I would of loved to stay longer and have more memories at the rail but I decided to buy a home. Maintenance are always very quick to respond to calls . Will recommend anyone to move here with out a doubt . Hasta pronto familia"

"I lived at The Rail for four years and absolutely loved it. Apartment life here was like an extended vacation. Cabinets and countertops were brand new. Flooring was beautiful. A cute, quiet, cozy place to call home during my stay. No community is perfect, but I could not have asked for a better experience. Mary and her staff were kind and courteous. Maintenance requests--few and far between--were responded to quickly."

"The apartments are fine but the townhouses really need help. They are old, drafty, and very poorly renovated. The floors are uneven, and creaky, base boards are sloppily painted when the should have been replaced. Cabinets and drawers don't fit. All closet doors easily come off track...just ghetto for $1700.00 a month!!! I could go on and on for days. I GUESS I EXPECTED MORE FROM ZIONSVILLE."
