"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! I was referred to this office because they were in my network. I waited three months to see the doctor ( Dr. Josephson ) and he spent a whole 15 minutes with me and then said he wanted me to go to his clinic to move forward with treatment. I waited another three weeks and when I saw him there where they pushed me to another doctor I did not even get to meet. They said they would order an MRI as soon as possible and required me to use their out of network in house lab because they needed the results back asap so they could read them in the next two days. I scheduled my next appointment for another 4 weeks out. Come to find out that their clinic was out of network and they did not notify me of that. They also never read the labs and did not schedule the MRI. I canceled my next appointment with a person in their office staff on the phone and then got a bill for a no show. This is a scam and about making money not quality health care."

Through their caring multidisciplinary team approach I now have almost full range of motion and very little pain. And my pain is controlled without the use of narcotics. "Great experience. Staff was professional and kind. Dr Bogus gave me an epidural that was virtually painless and relived the worse pain that I have been experiencing. She also went over and above on communication prior to my appointment. They were also considerate when I called and said I might be late because of construction although I was actually 1 minute early ( 14 minutes late for check in. You should allow extra time for construction depending on where you live)"

Dr Arbuck is simply amazing- If you are like us, we appreciate a compassionate but straight shooter / no nonsense doctor. Like other people who noted, he does not give up on you and tries many alternative therapies. He started off with gene-therapy evaluation to make sure the medicines you are taking are properly absorbed by your body. He removed medications that they had been taken for decades and introduced new medications. By far, they are on way less medications, head clearing has drastically improved and seeing the old person again. We tried other pain centers in the area and all they wanted to do was put you on Lyrica. I only wish we tried them sooner. He has a full team of people and very efficient run office."
