"They advertise "SMOKE FREE" BUT IT IS NOT. They rent to smokers and the smokers SMOKE IN THE APARTMENTS. I was very sick from smoke in a different garden court and moved to Culver to their so called "SMOKE FREE" building I was there 4 years 3 months and 11days breathing smoke and very very sick from the smoke , had to move . And to get my deposit returned was a nightmare. Indiana law has a 45 day return policy, took 72 days to get mine back. There was no damage and i was never late with a rent payment. Left the apt. much cleaner than it was when i moved in . Very poor management and i would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING TO ANYONE."
