"Big going out here for years but I have tried to get an appointment since May. had one set up for August already. they kept telling me to go to the one in Kokomo that they didn't have any openings until my appointment in August. now they won't send my meds to the pharmacy. I have ran out of my medication. and they're still telling me 24 hours and they'll call me when it gets sent in. I wouldn't have ran out but the doctor switched my medication on me and they never got prior authorization for my insurance company."
"Been taking my parents here for a couple of years. Overall the service is good. But lately they everything seems like it changed. My parents medicine order was never sent to the pharmacy. I’ve call two times, asking them why they haven’t sent the meds to the pharmacy. No clear answer, only that they’ll call me once they send them. My mother ran out of her high blood pressure meds. Had to take her to express med. They charged me 210 dollars for 15 day supply. This is what makes me furious. They don’t seem to care about their patients well being. They obviously don’t care if you run out of your medicine."
"Very informative here. My nurse practitioner is very friendly and actually listens even the nurse who takes my vitals is always friendly and welcome you can tell they love what they do. All around great environment."
"If I could give a 0 I would. I called to get in yesterday and they told me I could with a negative covid test. Apparently that has to be through the health department and they neglected to mention this. We all have time, and no one Likes it to be wasted. I missed work for them to tell me the test won't be accepted and they cannot see me. On top of that, they didn't seem any kind of sympathetic for the time they wasted. .I'm Very upset"
