"I just left there to see the psych Dr for a evaluation. Seemed like he was trying to make me mad and angry. He succeeded cause I left crying and left worse than I came in. He was complaining about his job. I felt like I was in boot camp by trying to make someone mad and angry. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The counselor I had there was nice, his name was Kent. I will not be back there, I got home and cancelled ally appointments. When I go home crying and feeling unease and mentioning a client he had. That's not very professional."

"The doctors are great, if you can get in. The phone messaging is ridiculous. It takes 3 days just to get a call back to let them know that a prescription never got sent to our pharmacy. That's unacceptable for a business that provides such an important service."

"I tried for two weeks to get a sooner appointment than the one I had which was a month out. The front desk knew and emails were sent to my therapist. Never received a phone call. I almost committed suicide. I called the crisis line saying I needed to speak to my therapist and they transfered me to the scheduling department. I asked again to speak to my therapist and I was asked if I was in crisis. I told them yes and was transferred back to crisis line. They got me the help I needed but I have yet to receive a call from my therapist. Take my advice and seek help somewhere else."

"My daughter's appointment was supposed to be this morning. I received a confirmation text message for her appointment the business day prior ( which I confirmed ). Got a phone call 2 hours before her appointment stating the appointment needed to be canceled and rescheduled to the following week. Now, this was her very first appointment! We started this whole process almost 8 weeks ago, and now the first appointment is being canceled and rescheduled. I did read other reviews about this happening to other people after I started the process of getting my daughter signed up for therapy. I had hoped this wouldn't happen, but it did. I canceled everything with 4C and my daughter is signed up with another facility that will see her next week."

"If i could give zero i would, months long waiting for appointments, doctor's late or not being aware of an appointment they scheduled themselves, biases on diagnosis they assess while not mentioning heavy political rants in the middle of it. It would be worth noting that advice on "coping mechanisms" isn't a very healthy practice when your a psychiatrist. Absolute joke I'd never recommend this place."
