"Nicole and Elizabeth are very personable and helpful. Unfortunately, they they do require that you returned to their Clinic every 3 months to get any prescription refills. The office visits are not cheap and most insurances will not cover them. In all honesty there are many services just like them as well as primary care physicians that offer the same services with much less expense. My mom was passing away in a hospice so I was unable to make an appointment. I called and asked that my prescription for my thyroid be refilled for 30 days until I could make an appointment and Come Back in. I was told that they would not do that and dropped from the practice stating that I had canceled too many times. Not only was this incorrect information I found it to be very unprofessional."
