"This apartment complex is trying to sue me and wouldn’t let me be on the lease with my husband who was an employee there. I’ve turned it over to my attorney and I’m going to sue them too. DO NOT RENT HERE!! They are crooks in the biggest way. They won’t allow the maintenance men buy parts to fix anything in your apartment!!!"

"Slum lord management. No maintenance on-site, rude and crooked office management only on-site 2 maybe 3 days if that. Never helped fix anything, bed bugs everywhere, flies on inside of some apartments, police there every week, drugs, fights, and inside apartments decorated with dollar store material at best. Save your money = look elsewhere."

"ive lived here with my mom for 2 years, when we moved in everything was alright, minus my mom being disabled and the step to the front door was about 1 foot tall and there was no step in between, but the “step” was one singular slab of concrete on the opposite side of the sidewalk. the walls are very thin, my living room is right next to my very annoying neighbors bedroom. and that annoying neighbor bangs on the wall when my nephew is playing. and that gets blamed on us. building has never been updated since ‘83-‘84 some spots on the “hardwood” ( actually vinyl) are extremely soggy and soft on the bathroom floor. managers have quit this place many times and many different managements have taken this place and just left not even months later. shows how disgusting this place is. neighbors across the street constantly yelling at each other but do they get as many complaints as we do for a toddler playing? im not sure. maintenance man was in pretty bad shape considering when he had come to fix a huge leak that was leaking all up the hallway carpet and into a bedroom halfway, the maintenance request was ignored for days and said it was “done” on the website where the request was put in. the maintenance man had told me he had a heart attack and the day he had came to fix the leak was the day after. who would keep someone doing a job like that with such health problems??"

"Horrible. The place has cracks along the ceiling and the electric hasn’t even been replaced since 84. The neighbors complain constantly about the littlest noises they hear on their side and they also bang on the walls or argue outside their apartment. Can’t have small children who are loud living here as well or else they complain about that too. Even asked what we are supposed to do about an almost two year old and they said they didn’t care about our parenting technique as long as we keep it quiet during the nighttime and DAYTIME. They do not care other than about getting their money. My mom has lived here for about 2 years and they have had new management not once, not TWICE, but THREE times. They do not care to take responsibility and put in the work of these apartments as it continues to fall downhill. Had a leak under our apartment building for awhile and they did a ‘temporary fix’ which was just a piece of cloth wrapped around the pipe dipped in some sealant and didn’t actually fix it until months later. What a disappointment. Update: I guess they never fixed the temporary fixture on the pipe so there will be more leaks."

"Horrible place to live. The manager Brandi in the office is about worthless to talk to and treats people like garbage. Lived there for a year and a 1/2 and they did nothing about the God awful potholes there. Put in to have my door replaced in Feb 2018 and was told my door was given to someone else. When I asked brandi about it, she said she had no work order. I said it was put in before you started managing this property and she goes no one passed it along. Not my problem you guys have no communication dumb a**. Do NOT live here. She is holding money from my rent because I paid a full month and moved out on the 15th and gave a 30 day notice and the said I don't get any money back. I'm currently pursuing legal action."
