"Came here as I believe I was having a bad case of strep throat. They accepted my walk in and I was seen in 15 mins of showing up. The NP was phenomenal, I wish I could have caught her name. I received a diagnosis and an antibiotic that I picked up from my pharmacy. Overall, really great experience and will be coming here again for other “MedCheck” needs"

"I went to this urgent care in December 2023 because of Covid. Before going for a visit, I was told by billing that my bill should be less than $100 after my insurance (after asking three different times). I was surprised to see a bill more than $311. They do not disclose charges before the visit and will send you a surprise bill. Front staff and billing should be more transparent to convey estimated charges. I will not go to this ER again. I will try different ERs to see if other ERs are not like this one. Do not recommend going there and suggest going to your primary care if you can wait because you will be surprised with a bill that is way more exorbitant (triple-quadruple) of seeing primary care. When I called billing five different times, the waiting times were longer than finding an IRS agent on the phone. You will get no answer to your questions about the charges and will be forced to pay the bill that does not describe any services performed. Such a shame that they prey on the community that they are supposed to serve. One last thing, they are not good with sending visit charges to insurance within any time frame. They take their sweet time to send the bill and will do it on the moment you call them to do so. Really disgusted by this place. I usually do not write reviews but felt different about this ER to write it."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!!! The people operating this Urgent Care are incompetent at their job. I went here months ago for a sore throat, gave them my insurance card and then they billed the wrong insurance. They tried charging me the full amount until I personally got involved and had my insurance call them directly to resolve the issue. Even though they were over 3 months behind on filing in a timely manner with my insurance company, my insurance was willing to cover the visit and I would pay the difference after insurance covered their side. Instead of sending me a bill for the difference after my insurance covered their side, they instead sent me directly to collections without ever notifying me or letting me know, in any capacity, what I owed after insurance. I've filed a complaint with the attorney general and filed a dispute with the collections agency. From other reviews about this place I can't believe I'm not the only one, they have done this to multiple people. Do no go to this center for any reason, their goal is clearly to nickle and dime the few people who do actually visit."

"Brought my son in for a sore throat and requested a strep test. We waited over 2 hours for the Dr to see him. When he finally came in, Dr Tau explained that his assistant placed the charts in the wrong order upside down. Our chart was placed at the bottom instead of the top. My bill certainly reflected this mistake as well. Since this is my second bad experience I decided to share publicly. I will not go here ever again and would advise anyone else to find an alternative."
