"The Good: I was greeted by Lauren, Outstanding! My nurse, Dee Dee was excellent in every way. I loved being able to make my appointment online and fill out my forms online, ahead of time. When I arrived at the office, the woman who assisted me was very friendly and organized. I was seen right on time for my appointment, which was unexpected. Their whole system is very helpful - from giving you a booklet outlining what is going on in the countries you intend to visit, to looking up and printing out all the shots and vaccines you've had over the years in the state of Florida, to giving you a little vaccination passport to carry with you when you travel. I appreciate that Dee Dee had a great and calming rapport and she did not try and give me the hard sell for vaccinations I did not want at this time. The shots were quickly given, and not painful. I also made my appointments for the second and third shots I will need to complete the series. Bonus points for having lollypops at the exit to ease the sting of the shots. The Bad: The cost. And it's not just them - I called around and they were actually the less expensive places I found. Health care in the United State is so crazy and frustrating, and I sympathize with the other reviewers that had issues with cost. But, I would recommend Passport Health to any and all traveling out of the country."

The nurse was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She seems very careful in researching the requirements of the area to which we were going to travel. "I had the most incredible experience at Passport Health. I was so extremely impressed at the front office staff.. they responded to quieries on the phone several times before ai even came in.. then we’re exceedingly kind and so organized on my appointment. Brooke who went through everything with me was beyond amazing g… so organized and so knowledgeable and just fabulous! I felt like a true VIP and she went through my itinerary and each vaccination and medicine so thoroughly.. I was beyond impressed. She did a perfect job with the vaccinations and my meds were ready at the pharmacy barely after I left their office. My experience here was tremendous and I could not give a higher recommendation or review. I was extremely impressed and very happy with the entire experience. Nothing could have been better. They know what they are doing here and it shows.. from the front desk staff to Brooke the LPN and everyone - all amazing. They live their jobs and work here and it shows!"
