"I actually liked the clinic itself for minor issues - I went to test for strep throat and the staff was nice and efficient. However, the billing is miserable to deal with. There is no way to see any bill you owe them. The only way you can pay is with a unique code they send you in the mail for EACH visit. Then the payment provider they use is very buggy and doesn't always work. I thought I paid one of the bills only to have a debt collector come after me later. Turns out the bill pay only said it worked but I didn't receive an emailed receipt. Again, no way to check what you owe and what you've successfully paid. If you misplace the mail then there is no way to find that unique code. Also, best of luck trying to reach them via phone. There is no chat option and no help available. All in all, there are so many urgent care options that it isn't worth the billing hassle."

"Ignore all the bad reviews. Anne H. helped me today. Very professional and genuinely trying to help. Onsite scheduling is straightforward and they clearly tell you that if the wait time is longer than the store closing time, they will not accept you. Check the kiosk for wait time info. If it's something urgent, you should be going to the ER."

"This place is the classic reason why many of us wait forever to go to the doctor when we are truly sick. How many times have we been told “it’s just viral” and sent home without any medicine. My 78 year old Mother was just there a couple days ago with bronchitis coughing up green and brown (which the doctor didn’t want to see) and was sent home with just an inhaler. Even though my mother told her that she usually gets bronchitis once a year and told her that this was the same as always she still ignored my mom and said it was just viral. The CVS doctor told her that if it wasn’t better in a week she should see her doctor. Thank goodness that my Mom went to her own doctor the very next day because she gave her the medicines that she needed and also ordered xrays for her because she is afraid she might have pneumonia, we are waiting on those results. At 78 years old why would you not want to give an antibiotic and why would you want to take a chance on pneumonia mostly when the patient is getting up there in age? Not thrilled with the minute clinic, she was misdiagnosed and it was a total waste of time, money, and energy when she just wanted to be in bed BECAUSE SHE WAS SICK! Btw, I wouldn’t have even have given them one star but it wouldn’t let me post this without it. UPDATE: Results are in she has pneumonia...unbelievable!!!"

"Today, I went there to see nurse/doc for daughter's strep throat and I was told to wait for 5 min. My daughter was not comfortable so I decided to wait 5 more min and so on but I end up staying there more than an hour. Nurse came out side and told me that you will be the first one at 2:00 PM after lunch break. It means she was asking me to wait another hour. No ways. I should have gone to another immediate care, rather than waiting here. I will not go this place next time unless all immediate cares in surrounding area are vanished."
