"For people complaining of horrible customer service.. I was just on indeed and see they’re hiring for a “file clerk” that is actually described more so as an office assistant . They are only willing to pay this person 10.50 an hour. If I had to work for that, I’d be pretty terrible too. Horrible company to offer so little."

She said she pretty much do everything around there but she couldn’t give the information that was needed for any question I asked her. "Unlike many other reviewers, I had a good experience! I only spoke with Ms.Hicks when I called and she was nice each time. I was able to pay a deposit on my account and then was placed on an affordable payment plan.. I made one monthly payment but decided I'd be better off paying the balance in full rather than have interest accumulate & make my balance increase despite having paid on it.. I paid the balance in full (it wasn't cheap but worth it) & received my receipt & satisfaction of judgment letter in the mail a few days later!"
