"I have been under workers comp with AIA and ACA since 2007. All I have ever gotten is the runaround with them. I have to beg them ever month for prescription refills, Dtr’s appts, etc. I currently need back and neck surgery and I have been trying for almost 10 weeks to get an approval. Working with La’Quisha McCreary has been miserable. Mrs. Barbara Evans tried to assist but now she won’t even contact me. Their customer service and care are very poor for a long term person. If AIA and ACA don’t want to help you they ignore your calls and put you on a direct VM. Then never return calls then. This company is awful to the people in need even if your are on long term workers comp Medical’s."
