"I would give a 0 star but that’s not an option. They took me to court because i owed back pay money but they failed to tell me I owed them anything. Even when I called, Lydia told me I was up to date on my payments when they first filed for eviction so I was confused. I didnt find out how much I owed until a day before court so now i have to pay them and court fees because they failed to communicate with me. I would have easily paid them the back pay money if they let me know I owed them anything. They’re very unprofessional and unorganized. Thomas has some personal problem with me and accused me of being a liar when I was being honest and he shortly found out later that I was telling the truth and didn’t even apologize. He’s always rude. Anyone who knows me knows I’m a sweet person but everyone who works in the office is TRASH!! Would highly not recommend."

"Police nonstop coming and going, unprofessional staff that focus more on, raising rent in broken down units, that need desperate repairs, they fired their whole staff of maintenance workers and have only one guy who doesn’t even bother to do his job, and HUD housing if I were you I would avoid at all costs, they’ll get you to a point where your forced to pay high rent, even if your on hud they will not go over paperwork or not honor lease terms and will make you pay regardless of not signing a new lease, or notify you about what is going on with your paperwork,the staff has a my way or the highway attitude, and will terminate your lease without working with you even though your on HUD beware, this place is a trap."

"I would give 0 stars but then it wouldn't be posted. To many police calls for violent crimes. I'm glad I don't live there."

"It is a fairly nice place to live. I have been living here since 2015. Since then they have remodeled a lot of the apartments. The management team has done half the job. The only thing I do not like is the fact the management and any other staff member has access to your apartment when you are not home. That scares me. The new doors are not child safe. Children can easily unlock the doors. Also, management does a monthly visit. They jot down whatever needs to be fixed in the home but they still has not got around to do that. I asked about it and the first thing they had on my last inspection was a visitor in my home. That literally blew my mind. Instead of fixing the problems in my home they were worried about my guest. Other than that. The staff and management suck. I do plan on moving to something way better soon."

"If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I know this is low income housing however, does that mean the management has to be low income also? When I first moved in, the carpet was so dirty that not even Stanley Steamers could get it clean. Stanley Steamer said that it just needed to be ripped out. When I moved out they charged me for the carpet! I told them that it was bad when I moved in and wrote down in my file that I thought it needed to be cleaned again but never came back to do so. They ended up reporting the unpaid charge to the credit bureau. After arguing with them for 2 years they now have no record of what the original issue was (very convenient). It has come down to I either pay the charge or it remains on my credit report because the owner will have nothing else to do with it. On top of not being an unsafe community it is also dirty and the office management is shady. My Recommendation: Look into another apartment community."
