"My experience, well I was visiting a friend in this complex and all I can say is.. run. It's off a main road, so I guess that's a plus. But it feels and smells like what you can imagine. Walk by many of the apartments, and it's either cigarettes or weed. Seen a roach crawling on a wall. I wouldn't be surprised if one or all the units had bed bugs. (I didn't see any but I didn't stay to find out) I recommend living here if it's your only choice. Don't get me wrong I'm sure that there are some clean individuals that live here, but just like any other complex, you have those who don't care."

"I payed to move into an apartment that was supposed to be ready an wasn't. Now I should of learned my lesson the first time we ever moved here an our first place wasn't ready but we thought a couple years down the road it would be better, but it wasn't. They want your money but can't keep up their end. It Had someone else stuff in it the night I went to move in. No power. Dirtyness everywhere. I then had to move me an my kids into a unit on the other side upstairs for a month n a half because of no power, an because my old landlord was mad that we weren't moved yet due to all these issues. I had to also clean my own apartment because no one showed to clean it. Never got carpet replaced so now my dog has fleas that I can't get rid of. Never got painted. along no power so I paid the guy upstairs to run a cord, just so I could try an shampoo the carpets myself an sweep. Never got a new dish washer. Never got painted. Nothing got taken care of that was promised to be taken care of. I even had people move in an never even got the credit for it. Check your place before you drop the money off."
