"I booked a trip on my own, then added an agent after the fact. The agent no longer works with MVP so I kindly requested for them to be removed from my travel itinerary so I could manage all my own transportation/flights/etc. I did not build a relationship with any of these other folks in this company. They said the only way they could do that is to cancel the trip that I BOOKED MYSELF. My trip is in 24 days and has been booked for 237 days. I have no agent and no way to handle my issues on my own. 0/10 recommend."
