"I am filing a lawsuit against Chantelle I own a crisis response team we deal with those facing mental illness and substance abuse. Well I had been on tramadol for several years Chantelle with no questions upped my dosage she knew she never had to worry about me I wasn't misusing them. Anytime I would get any cough medicine or anything I would talk to her first. So on January 2nd I was supposed to get a refill went to pick them up and was told she just pulled all my prescriptions didn't call me nothing just cancelled all my meds. Anyone that knows anything about narcotics you have to be tapered off them or you withdraw bad. And I did just that I lost my Job over the bad withdraws all because I wouldn't do physical therapy and let her put a stimulator in my back. Chantelle should not be a pain management Doctor you can not just take people off meds they have been on for years simply because you want to do something to them that will get you a lot more money. She does this to the wrong person it could very easily kill them. After dealing with these withdrawals I can honestly say I really wanted to die. They sucked bad then I lose my job over it all because she was mad I couldn't do physical therapy it was the holidays and I was working a lot of hours and just couldn't get it scheduled. She didn't care just flat took me off them and let me suffer. Now she will suffer the lawsuit is being filled Monday and I'm going after her and Herizon health who she works for. I will not let her do this to anyone else. Update to this so today is Tuesday January 30th at 5pm I received a message saying please check your prescription she turned around and called a script in for my pills. After reading I was filing a lawsuit she thinks calling in a script will end it."
