"My case has been going on 4yrs plus. I have been so patient with Allen and Beasley law firm. I was told I would have my settlement towards the end of year in 2023. When I called the law firm, I can never speak with my attorneys it’s always the receptionist basically giving me the run around because she not my attorney. And There’s never an update on my case. I would love to speak with my attorneys that are handling my settlement the attorneys that I hired to work my law suit. I received a letter in the mail 4 months ago thanking me for choosing Allen and Beasley & it stated I should be receiving my closing documents within the upcoming weeks. That never happen. Im still waiting on my closing documents & it’s the middle of February & still nothing. I spoke with the receptionist once again the middle of January she stated that I should receive the closing documents give it to February the 14 & if I don’t have the closing documents to give her a call back. This is so unfair to me I pray my attorneys that I hired to take on my case would call & give me an update. I call to get a update Feb 22 & the receptionist basically said they still don’t have a update and it’s taking longer then they expected. I would like to hear a update from my lawyers."
