"They charged $200 painting fee, and. $50 cleaning fee when I cleaned the unit and waxed the floors they are money hungry and full of fraud and lies, the walls were not even dirty Meka is very unprofessional she never returns my phone calls, I have called her for weeks, left several messages and still no response, this is the worst slum lords ever, never fixed anything"

"I have been living on Alder St for eight years. Use to live in the Lincoln Building on Lincoln St 2007- 2012. I am from Chicago IL. I never experience anything like this before. My kids have Asthma and Allergies. The Landlord told me that it’s on my lease to clean the carpets! What lease? The one from 2012 doesn’t show about carpet cleaning. I complain about the bugs she said it’s my responsibility to spray my apartment. Also, the tenants above me play music late at night early in the morning she said she will speak with them about loud music! Unfortunately, the tenants above me don't seem to care. I call the police on them three times all they did was came down the stairs knock on my door I do not feel safe over here. No camera inside the building outside of the building. I'm to myself I do not mess with anyone but if it's disturbance she needs to do better then talk to the tenants above me. At times I can not sleep at night because of dust mites, loud music, people running up and down the stairs, stomping, bumping, etc. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move to the apartment on 138th Alder. Trust me you do not want to go through what I been through."
