"My boyfriend went there to be treated after passing out. They had him in the waiting room with an IV with other people in the waiting room with IVs! One poor man had nothing in his IV and his wife kept asking them for help and they wouldn't help her! They also told my boyfriend he didn't have COVID and let him pull his IV out of his arm, go to the bathroom and then walk out!! We ended up going to Franciscan down the street where we found out he actually did have COVID!! This was the worst hospital!! It is worth it to go a little farther to Franciscan!!"

"That was prob the worst time I’ve ever had at a hospital . Over 16 of waiting in a lobby in pain. Very sick with kidney issues . Did not get a room until the next day after a emergency surgery. My nurse and assistant were wonderful the day I came in to be assessed . My doctor who did my surgery and everyone in the OR. Also the recovery nurse we’re wonderful . And my nurses when I finally was put into a room after surgery ."

"My dad was admitted to this hospital recently for an angiogram due to chest pains. We had a great experience with Doctor Shah, and a phenomenal experience with Nurse Kelly W. Located in 2 wing 3 (room 2307). Nurse Kelly was so incredibly patient, kind, and compassionate with us, that I was truly astounded at her professionalism. She was warm, personable, and she treated my dad like her own family member even though he is a dark-skinned, immigrant from India (so totally different than her). We saw that Nurse Kelly was pulled in hundreds of directions simultaneously, since many people (medical professionals and patients alike) were seeking her help. Despite prolific demands on Nurse Kelly, she was highly efficient, extremely nurturing, and truly a terrific caregiver. Nurse Kelly informed me in person and via phone of all updates on my dad's case, and she did not frown or seem impatient even once, though she was on a 12-hour shift during a very busy time. Words are truly inadequate to express what an amazing individual Nurse Kelly is. She even allowed me to take a photo of her so that we could preserve this memory of Kelly’s 5-star service at Methodist Hospital. I really hope that you give her the Daisy Award, because she truly deserves it and so much more!"
