"my mom moved in back in September and the first day she seen big roaches in her apartment.the carpet was completely nasty. Not replaced or cleaned. it was dead bugs in the windows and on the kitchen counter. The toilet is still lifting. The cabinet in the kitchen is still broken and she has had issues with her kitchen sink twice already. Just completely terrible."
