Willow Crossings Apartments

"We've lived here for almost two years and have had a great experience. Our apartment has been a good home with few issues. Our stove broke a month ago, and within 3 days (it broke on a Friday night) we had a new stove. The office staff are friendly and helpful as well. You can't pick your neighbors but we have found the majority of our neighbors to be friendly and considerate, which is a big deal personally. The pool is well maintained so we love swimming here! The gym is my favorite amenity because it is very clean with a variety of machines and free weights. The gym is accessed through the office, so I feel very safe and comfortable exercising alone or with friends. It only needs a small trash can directly in the gym to dispose of provided cleaning wipes."

"Willow Crossings is a wonderful complex. They are doing a great job of constantly improving, meeting customers needs and seeking adjustments to increase customer satisfaction. Sam C does very well caring and managing the complex! Always enjoy working with them!"

"I have been here for 3 years and love it. It is pretty quiet and lots of neighborhood kids for my kids to play with. Nice updated basketball court and dog park. The leasing staff is super nice and the maintenance staff is very helpful."

"I've been in this property since 2016. First one bedroom, then two bedroom. Compared to others, this one the price is comparable. Willow Crossing is very safe. I don't feel unsafe in any manner. The upgrading of the lighting of the parking areas is good. I would like to see it better though. I like the idea of no Section 8. (just being honest). We are a nice distance from the rat race of town. The parking could be improved. I'm sure time it will be done. The maintenance report on parking has been turned in. I'm looking forwarding to my handicap parking improvement. I have talked to the office. Just waiting on the signs to be installed. Hopefully it will be done in a speedy manner. The lake is a nice view The geese are fun to watch! My opinion: kids and those with animals go to second floor. My favorite guys: Trent, Mac, Mic lol cute blueeyed long haired.. I honestly am not sure that is their names LoL"

"Moved in about a month ago & everything has been smooth sailing up until yesterday, when our garbage disposal stopped running and the dishwasher wouldn't drain. I put in a work order late, around 11:30pm, thinking it would be at least a few days until I heard from somebody. Matt from maintenance was at my house by 8:45am, fixed my kitchen up, and was out by 9am. He also was very patient with my (extremely loud & dramatic) dog! Some other things we're enjoying about WC are the dog park and the laundry facility that connects to your phone."
