"So, if this had been weeks ago my rating would be entirely different. Angela at the front desk is completely amazing. Donna at breakfast perfect. Housekeeping manager is very prudent. There has been many changes lately and not at all for the better. Rooms definitely aren't as clean. The pool definitely is cold. But the pool is clean and relaxing music. Pets are allowed. But they do not honor emotional support letters. I am a traveling nurse. I have been there for nearly 3 months Monday through Friday. My company uses a canary meaning my boss pays apart of the bill. I pay only incidentals. MULTIPLE times when they run the night charges BOTH me and my boss got charged. We have a reduced rate. Brw. Check your room door says no higher rate than $499. I joke not for a reservation of 5 nights. We were charged over $1000. Did they refund everything, no. Did I have problems with my room, no? I actually clean up my room. Do you ever see the fees and charges? No. Only put the amount you need to your cards unless you want to be robbed. Tia the assistant manager is great but Destiny, the new girl is arrogant and the main cause of issues. Also, the night crew running the cards. The other food lady, will never have food. If she works, no breakfast. I did like no wifi password. But do I know was I charged , no. I can only pray I get the $ they literally stole. The owner happened to be there too. Said nothing to me. In other reviews look double? Dude they are double."

"The entry door close to our room was locked for repairs. I use oxygen and needed a quick way to plug in.. Located away from heavy traffic noise, I found rooms superior to other places I stayed at that offered similar services. Clean crisp bedding, spotless room. All amenities needed in todays travels...plentiful in charging ports and plugs for phones and accessories. Two chairs in the double room at a way more than fair rate, especially having two grandchildren along. Continental 'plus' breakfast at 7am was great, included in fee. Out of 5 stars, this was definitely a 5 plus. I have not traveled, vacationed by car in years, and this was pleasing to see. From Michigan to Arkansas by way of the Route 66 trail...loved it."

"When we got there the desk staff was less then welcoming..no hello just asked for all my info asked for my card never told me about a security fee (i know hotels have but still receptionist should still tell you) and never told me a total .. i had to ask if it was ---- amount and i got the answer "yea" ... The rooms were clean and housekeepers were friendly and greeted guest and did and amazing job... Linens could be updated .. Some are stained and do not look clean.. thank goodness for patient and friendly housekeepers handling that cause the front desk seemed to not want to be bothered. The breakfast options were okay ...and the kitchen lady greeted us as well.. and morning desk staff were friendly and caring .. But check in was a little disappointing with service"

"I am usually not a fan of Wyndham properties and rarely will I stay in one but this property is brand new; it is very modern, clean and gives you great value for your money. The best thing about this hotel is its location. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, stores of all kinds, gas stations, Indiana State University is down the street and it sits near a major highway. I would highly recommend anyone who likes cleanliness, convenience, and beauty to stay at this hotel if you are in the area."

"Room 221! We had asked for 1 king sized bed. We had a pet traveling with us. We were given 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor! the dog jumped from bed to bed all night because he didn't know who to sleep with mom or dad. after traveling for 14 hours I just wanted our needs met, we still had 6 hours to go! I know my husband is kinder on his review, but you did not have to deal with him yelling and screaming at us (me & dog) about our stay! We have stayed here before as we always do on our way home from Texas, but this time it wasn't a pleasant experience."
