"Awful management and ownership- windows all rotted and nothing is up to code. Ask for any type of proof that they update their units from resident to resident. Laundry rooms DISGUSTING."

"We moved into Fountainview after we sold our home and were waiting for a new house to be built. We thought we would be at Fountainview for six months or less. We wound up being there for about ten months. We found Fountainview to have been the best choice we could have made. The buildings are a little older than others but that is more than offset by the wonderful treatment we received. Management and office staff were very friendly and accommodating and the maintenance staff was friendly and extremely responsive to anything we needed. Fountainview was "home" for ten months and we highly recommend it to any in need of an apartment in the Crown Point area. Great people and a nice stop on the road of life."
