"I lived at Cypress Point for two years and it was a great first living experience out of college. It was quiet, the office and maintenance teams were nice and prompt, and my apartment was clean. There was no laundry in my unit, and there isn’t central A/C, but I knew this moving in and it wasn’t ever an issue."

"Do not go to these apartments. I was harassed by multiple people asking where I lived, people were taking videos and pictures of me, and I kept getting stares the whole time I was visiting my little sister. From what my sister told me the apartment manager and tenants harass her and her friends when they visit. And tenants are constantly taking videos and pictures of people when they look out of place (aka when they are not white). Tenants are definitely ruining the apartment complex and making people not feels safe."

"Lived here for a year which was more than enough. Walls are paper thin, so if you’re expecting some quiet, this is not the place for you. Neighbors are LOUD, never take care of the building/area, trash over the floor outside, smell of smoke everyday in the hallways. Not worth the $$$ they are charging to consider this a ‘luxury’ apartment. Not to mention, you can literally hear a pin drop if you have people living above you. Dogs are constantly barking and they allow people to have dogs that exceed their weight limitations for pets. People in the office are nice, but there’s not much they can do for a situation like this."

"2 years + living here and I have nothing but positive feedback! The property manager always does community events, the maintenance are always on top of anything we need done, & the office staff are always so kind & friendly! If you’re wondering about the surrounding area it’s peaceful, so close to the square, the fairgrounds & the surrounding CP schools! I absolutely love the valet trash, 24 hour gym, and private pool! Thank you Cypress Point for treating us like family!"

"I lived here for the past year and a half and only left because I took a job out of state. Cypress was a great place to stay and was reasonably affordable. It was in a great area with shopping and dining just a few minutes away. The maintenance team was very quick to respond when I broke the shower head. The entire property management team is super friendly and always helpful with any questions you may have. I’d recommend Cypress to anyone who is looking for an apartment whether you’re a single person or bringing the family. Cypress Pointe Apartments can accommodate all your needs."
