"My daughter lives there and a few of her friends. The way that there staff talks to and treats them is ridiculous. They never answer the phone. They talk down to people. They are clearly understaffed.. none of the math they use to charge tenants does not add up. I had to hire a lawyer, who is currently now investigating them for embezzlement after a mutual friend of mine overheard one of the women bragging to friends about stealing in her words “ghetto h$es money” I highly do not recommend them."

"They lie and said they put letter on your door at the office and when u get back to the door u got a letter but letter wasn’t there when you left home I will be reporting them to the higher up they lie a lot the manager boy friend is the police so watch what yall do over there she snitching fast ….that lady need help forreal that officer need to give her some d cuz she walk around miserable and mad at the world they got maintenance man fat and slow to do everything don’t waste your time go to the shelter you’ll get better treatment ….they need to call the health department all them roaches in every apartment I’m praying they shut that place down the apartment across the street is so much better and they don’t got roaches and they got 2 floors in each apartment thanks me later"

"I recommend nobody to move here They false advertise they property the maintenance is poor services they have mice all through every building & roaches the mice chew threw the walls & build holes they hire crackheads off the street with no real experience to fix things here the one guy was super high coming to fix my sink & he didn’t even fix it right let’s not forget they give u old used stoves & refrigerator that comes from alleys then they clean them it’s a lot of people saying bad things about them that stay out here"

"This place is the worst place to live they find ways to get over on people here you can’t even work a job without them trying to get down saying you owe a certain amount of money then they making up letters saying you owe a higher ammount then your monthly income this place is infected full of bed bugs full of rats full of bugs & let’s not forget they have the worst manager staff they are very rude & disrespectful to people my sister are taking them to court for the money she paid & found out she didn’t have to pay"
