"I needed therapy for a back problem I have been dealing with for years. I had gone to therapy twice before and had continued doing the exercises they recommended, but my back was getting worse. I tried Athletico and was very pleased with their positive attitude, assessment of what would work for me, help to find the exercises that would make a difference without causing more pain, explanation of how each exercise would help, concern for me, and overall encouragement. After six weeks of therapy, my back is so much better than I ever thought it would be. "I injured my shoulder back in June and was in a lot of pain and had a very limited range of motion for a couple months at which time I saw a specialist and found out I had a partial rotator cuff tear. Surgery was recommended but I opted to try physical therapy at Athletico. It was certainly the right decision for me. I spent only one month under the care and direction primarily of Aaron Benesh with Rachelle stepping in on a couple visits. My strength, range of motion, absence of pain and especially my confidence to use my arm in a normal manner all increased significantly thanks to their guidance. Although I only spent time with two of the team, I witnessed all of the other staff members working with their patients with care and compassion, treating them with dignity and respect and most importantly, patience.
