"I pay this insurance through hsd homes and my floor joice has broken due to moister or whatever caused it and the floor has seperated from the walls in 2 of my bedrooms and bathroom and u can see the craw space. My utilities went up 250.00 more a month and the wind has blown off alot of my shingles and is now leaking in 20 different spots. Well after 2 months they nevwr contacted me but did gary hammond and came out to house and the claim adjuster never crawled into the craw space to see the damage and they decided they werent going to fix it that it wasnt caused by storm. They said cause of age of the house. Thats funny cause thats what house insurance is for and thats even what my attorny said. Qhy are we even paying for insurance when ghey wont fix anything? Just a bunch of crooks."
