"On 8/18/2022 I had carpal tunnel surgery at Wabash Valley Surgery Center. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience. Everyone there is friendly and professional. They kept me and my wife informed and kept me comfortable the whole time. Everything went smoothly and swiftly. I have had several surgeries here and it has always been a great experience. Thank you Trish, Kim, Connor, Dr. McGuirk and all the others whose names I don't remember."
"From the moment I entered the facility staff were polite and courteous. I have to be honest here, I am a seasoned healthcare professional. I followed the instructions given by the doctor who was to perform my procedure and had clearance from my neurosurgeon as requested only to have my procedure cancelled. Considering my background I felt as if they had begun searchining for a reason to cancel the procedure, after telling me that there was the clearance required right there in the chart. After the staff discussed with the doctor my procedure was cancelled. Which was truly upsetting, after all the prep for a colonoscopy is horrendous. Adding salt to the wound seems to be a specialty, I received a follow-up call the next day checking on me after my procedure. Really people please have enough common sense to remove cancelled procedures from the call backs ."
