"Mike is phenomenal! We've used Mike for 2 trips in the last year. One was a desperate last minute cruise out of Port Canaveral. Mike came through with our specific dates and needs with precision! Our second was an Alaska vacation. Almost one month long. Yes, it included a 7 day, one way cruise. Everything went off without a hitch until the last leg. *** NOTE- NEVER LISTEN TO ANYONE WHO SAYS "YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AT THE AIRPORT 2 HRS EARLY, CUZ IT'S SO SMALL" We missed our flight because we got there only 45 minutes early. We knew the flight was overbooked but we had seats. I think that's why we got bumped. I couldn't prove that was the reason. So travel insurance didn't come through BUT MIKE DID! We lost one night in our AIRBNB, missed a boat tour and had to spend an unplanned hotel stay with meals and transportation. Mike refunded me 1/2 of our unexpected expenses when the travel insurance failed! I couldn't have asked for more. On both cruises, I took magnets and put Mike's cards all over my cruise cabin door. Nice to see a few gone. Mike also checks for flights I hope to take to get me the best prices available. Flexibility works for me! Thanks for everything Mike! Until the next time!"

There are many moving parts and it is helpful to have someone who is very knowledgeable about travel and has had past dealings with the cruiselines and knows what to expect. His guidance to arrive a day in advance of our scheduled embarkation kept us from missing the ship. Our flights were rescheduled both before and during the trip and because of traveling a day ahead we avoided the stress of missing our cruise. When problems arose, Mike put forth every effort to assure we were taken care of in a fair and equitable way. He dealt honestly with us throughout the entire time. In our case we started the process without a travel agent, but when Mike got involved he was able to get a cabin upgrade for me and my cabin mate and we received several other perks directly from Mike as well. Alaska is beautiful and a wonderful and enjoyable way to see it is by cruise. The ship was beautiful and we were very pleased overall with the outcome."
