"This place wouldn’t let us pay our co pay at the counter. They expect you to pay by mail or phone. We’ve paid the same co pay three times, and havnt been back to this office in 5 years yet we still receive the same bill for that 20 dollar co pay we already paid. We’ve had debt collectors call us, we explain the situation and they apologize and hang up. I’m writing this because I received yet another bill in the mail, when I havnt been there in 5 years and I paid that bill. Weve even had letters saying charity paid it for us….and then we continue to get the bills?"
