"I took my 5 year old daughter here on Monday December 18th the wait was ridiculous when we did get to the back we waited 30 to 45 minutes before seeing a doctor they ran all kinds of test that took them another hour or so, I had appointment I needed to be at come 11am so they told me they would call me with the results hours later they called saying everything was fine and nothing wrong with her! This morning 2 days later she woke up in horrible pain and puking so I rushed her to the er when we found out that she does have a uti witch the express clearly said she didn't the doctor in the er said if I hadn't acted on this the way I did she would be horribly sick and have to be sent to another hospital! I don't not recommend anyone going to the Franciscan express care in Rensselaer for anything they're doctors have no clue of what they are doing and will end up killing you or someone else !"

"1. Every other minute clinic charges $35 for a camp physical, same as a sports physical... they charge $75... 2. It was dirty in the lobby. 3. It was crowded, wait time was very long."

"Would give zero stars if possible this place sucks they are very unprofessional, rude, and down right ignorant. Someone from hr needs to intervene because this is not the way healthcare professionals should be treating people. They lack any kind of sympathy or empathy"

"Went in today for a third degree burn. Angie and the nurses were all very professional and kind. They did a great job bandaging me up and provided good guidance for caring for the wound in the next few weeks. The wait time was a little long, but they were admittedly short staffed. I am glad I went."
