"When it comes to the nurses in the lab, WONDERFUL. Everywhere I have been has trouble finding a good vein. I'm used to getting poked multiple times. These nurses get the one in my hand the first time EVERY time. They listen and they care. Its awesome. Thank you all!"

"This place is such a joke. Slow service. Can't even get a receipt. Oh sorry sir that's another person's job and she's not here. Wonder why healthcare cost so much? To this day can't get a sheet of paper stating my service with a price and how much I paid. Hospital says to use MyChart app but of course was told not in there. They tell you a cost prior to showing up but can't show it on paper. When questioning why this is no one seems to know the answer. They tell you it's a different person, seems like it's no one's job. Maybe install a self checkout, might be easier than pay a bunch of people who can't do anything. Won't be using this service again what a cluster."

"Was in here for severe nausea and they treated me so nice! Josh was my nurse and he was truly amazing, but so was everyone else. They brought me heated blankets and turned the lights off for me to sleep and just made sure I was comfortable at all times, and I appreciated that a lot especially with how horrible I felt"

"Had a $49 Heart Scan at Franciscan Rensselaer this morning and what a great service provided by Franciscan! Very easy to do and received so much information. Everyone should have this done. Chris was awesome in explaining the test results and answering all questions."
