"Well now I see why all the negative review. So I purchase my package last May 2023 and I was told that I have 18 months to use it. I spoke to a great "salesman" Darrius. He informed me of what my package consist of, told me when I was ready to book to give him a call. he even gave me a "tip" to book my next vacation as soon as I booked the first. Now mind you, I was given 1) a call back number 2) a representative name 3)a "serial number" and a 4) a reservation number. Never was I sent an email. And get what? My serial number and reservation number is NOT my confirmation number. TODAY, I got a confirmation email where it stated that I must be present at a 120 min timeshare presentation (two hours to change my mind that I am not purchasing one) However it also states what my credit score should be, what my income should be, NONE of this was discussed when I was paying $700.00 for my vacation package which now seems I have 4 months to use rather than the 9 months I thought I had. There goes my daughter's graduation trip. God how I WISHED I had seen these reviews prior to just "giving" my money away. If I had received the email i got today, the day I purchased my package, trust me, i would of cancelled the sale the next say. Like if money grew on tress. And I realized that the only two people that get "great" reviews are Kim and Drew. Are those the ONLY working at your call center? Cause those are the only two that are getting 5 starts. Now what?"

She has been understanding, informative, transparent, and extremely helpful... Even going out of her way to take my call after business hours. I can't thank her enough for her help and hope our trips go smoothly now that we found the right agent to work with!"
