"Worked at this hospital for a little over a year with 15 years experience in the industry. Management is rife with favoritism and screws its employees on paying out any PTO they have banked after providing your notice. HR has played a role in this as well further cementing that they won't pay out the PTO I had banked. When I tried to take time off I was met with "we really need your help" lines. Management engages in egregious disciplinary practices going as far as writing up its employees for being sick even after providing doctor's notes from within their own system. FYI for Union, its against the law to terminate someone's employment for being sick. (Not applicable in my case however Management engaged in activities that would have ultimately led to this in my case as I felt singled out. Offered to work additional hours and was met with resistance, receiving feedback that it was not within the budget while other more tenured staff got more hours. Overall, do not recommend and if I have an option to go to another hospital for care such as regional, I most assurdly will."

"Ik that I was set up by muteta maloba and isaach tsiofwe by being sent to a hospital against my will by two officers and I didn't sign as my consent to be checked in,and I goin to sue Hawatha and the act team for placing me in a facility after there didn't help me by letting the judge know that they didn't pick me up several times when I talked to Chad several times,text me if the system has set you up as well."
