A complete waste of time and $$ I went to another medical facility and got an MRI and surgery done. I would stay away from this facility! "I called the after hours service number to make sure that walk ins are welcome I was assured by the customer service assistant “yes until 6pm” and I was turned away at 5:10 after standing in line over 10 mins because “they stop taking patients at 5”. “It’s their policy” said the receptionist at the desk. I called back the very same number I called prior to driving to the location and was advised that after hours services had never been told that “5pm cut off rule”. I wasn’t even provided an apology by either party for the misinformation. I drove over 30 mins to this location. Do better!"
