"I wish I could give this “travel agency” less than 1 star. What kind of travel agency doesn’t alert its customer that their flight was cancelled and rebooked until later in the day. Got all the way to the airport to check-in before realizing it was cancelled and it was now too late to book any other flights with other airlines that morning. They also charge fees left and right for doing simple bookings or if you need to call in and change anything. If you’re a perspective company looking for an agency to handle work travel please look elsewhere. Absolutely worthless."
"You will be better off booking your own arrangements. My company uses them and they have not found a flight that I would not have been able to book cheaper, at a more convenient departure time, and without layovers."
