"I never leave reviews but I’m going to based on my experience. My back was killing me and I decided it was time to see a doctor. I have never been to this clinic, so I didn’t really know what to expect.. but the 100 cars in the parking lot, I thought.. this is gonna be bad I walk in, the reception desk found our records right away.. we are in the system and checked it.. awesome! Our wait (in a really nice lobby) was maybe 10 minutes.. fantastic. So they call my name to get looked at. I do my shuffle, my back is killing me.. and I was scheduled in the far exam room.. without missing a beat the young lady prepping me, moves me up to the closest exam room (I didn’t ask). It was such a sweet and considerate touch that really meant alot to me. After maybe a 5 minute wait my doctor comes in (Sunny). She is this ball of amazing energy that radiates positivity. She is funny, professional and bringing her “A” game. She knew exactly what was wrong.. and got me all ready in no time. She called in my X-ray, and got my meds called in. So I thank the amazing Sunny, and head to XRay. The nice young lady there gets me right in and helps me every step of the process. No sooner than I get out of xray I get a text from Kroger that my medication was called in and filled. The wonderful staff got my out to my truck in 30 seconds flat. I cannot begin to tell people how impressive everyone was. And it was not just one person, it was everyone that blew me away. I could not have been more impressed. Thank you so much! "I usually try to not give bad reviews unless I feel it will make someone aware of a problem. We waited two hours after explaining in detail my husband's issue (which needed a CT to diagnose) and were told they could not do CT scans or order CT scans. We even asked if she could do an exam and call our family practitioner, so she could order one, she said she could but she could not guarantee when or if the family practitioner would see her note or process an order. We went to urgent care because our family practitioner was 30 days out for an appointment and the pain and potential complications caused us to feel we needed care sooner. She was, to me, condescending and flippant about the situation. If they cannot order a simple CT, that should be posted somewhere or patients should be made aware BEFORE they wait for two hours. We are back at square one and at the ER for something that is not emergent but could have been easily handled by someone who cared."

"not once, but TWICE i’ve been denied antibiotics for bacterial infections! each time what did they diagnose me with? allergies. turns out i actually had a raging double ear infection and the next time strep throat. also waited for 45 minutes even tho i was the second person there after they had opened. this place needs to get it together"

"This place use to be good, now it's all about how many unnecessary tests they can run on you for no reason. Then refuse to give you an antibiotic for a sinus infection. 266.00 bill for absolutely nothing. Then I was told to call in 5 days if I wasn't better, I wasn't better, I called, and they told me I would have to come back in."

"I wasn't feeling good and didn't know where to go. My Doctor was 4 weeks booked up and I felt I had COVID. They opened up at 8am, I got there at 810 and there were 18 people in front of me. Best advice I can give is get there early be prepared to wait at least an hour or two. Staff there is very friendly. They Covid tested me and within 10 mins they told me I was positive. (Lucky me) Ms. Horn the nurse practitioner was great very informative. I thought once they told me I was positive they would kick me out with paperwork. Nope Ms. Horn NP still checked me out. Overall rating 5 stars for the staff. Waiting sucks but the Convenient of getting checked out without an appointment is great."
